Voided warranties:If it is determined there is abuse by the customer to the keyboard, the warranty is void and any repairs are billable to the customer. Examples of abuse are: bent or missing cable pins, cut / crimped / torn cable casing, missing keycaps, internal liquid damage of any kind, unauthorized customer modifications, no problem found (NTF). Also, it is very important to note that if the keyboard has not been programmed properly, a diagnostic fee will be assessed. Typical examples of programming related issues are:
